Thanks for your interest in hosting LUKR at your event!

We receive a lot of invites and would like to attend as many as we can, so we’ve laid out what we look for below:

Venue space

We have a range of club and member layouts which can fill a variety of sizes.

Having an idea of available space for layouts (to the nearest 0.5m) is really useful for us.

We usually prefer two day events, and typically require around 2 hours as a minimum set up. Larger displays can require even longer – 6 hours or more.

Where we like to display

We are railway fans at heart, and love displaying at heritage and contemporary railway venues, model and model railway shows.

Fundraising events are a bonus; for commercial events, we typically require a little more support to attend.

Exhibitor requirements

Access to tea and coffee
Provision of lunch
Typically a small contribution to the club per exhibitor to help us cover our costs
Ideally exhibitors are covered under your Public Liability Insurance, though we can provide our own

For commercial events, we also ask for:
